Camp Registration

Please familiarize yourself with all registration details provided on this page, prior to registering for a VPC offering.

How-To Register

Choose the Camp in which you would like to register, by selecting the appropriate button below that camp descriptor. This will open our secure EZregister camp registration form in a separate window. Please note that you do not need an EZregister account to complete the on-line registration process. 

VPC's 2-Step Registration Process:
(1) First, you will be asked to provide information about the Athlete being registered, via our EZregister form
(2) After registration completion, you will need to pay for your registration by e-transfer, via online access to your banking institution

(1) Athlete Information Requested

1. Camp position in which you like to register your Athlete (selection buttons are to the right of the screen - you are to indicate the athlete's position for the given camp)

2. First Name of Athlete being registered  (not the name of the parent/guardian)

3. Last Name of Athlete being registered

4. Email Address to whom Registration Confirmation and Camp Communication will be sent (camp details will be sent to this email address 7-10 days prior to the camp start date)

5. Primary Parent/Guardian Contact Name (who is registering the athlete and subsequently paying)

6. EMERGENCY Contact Name, Relation to Athlete, and Phone Number(s) (contact information is MANDATORY for the health/safety of the registered athlete)

7. Athlete's most recent Club Team  + Age Class + Head Coach's Name (and/or provide other considerations regarding team play)

8. Athlete's Date of Birth 

9. School Grade the Athlete will be entering in the Fall 

10. Athlete's Physician and/or Clinic Name plus Phone Number

11. Athlete's Provincial Health Care Number and Province (information is held in confidence and only used in the event of a medical emergency.)

12. Disclosure of Medical Concerns (all medical concerns are held in confidence – please note any pre-existing injuries and conditions when registering AND at camp check-in)

13. Athlete's camp goals

14. Athlete's t-shirt size (T-shirts are adult unisex sized)

15. Confirmation regarding use of photographs/video materials

16. Confirmation regarding VPC's University/College recruitment policy

17. Confirmation and indication of membership in a Provincial Volleyball Association

18. Confirmation regarding course waiver and medical release

When you have provided all of the above-mentioned information and reviewed, press the [Continue >] button . 

Registration details may be proof-read by using the [+] expand button that is beside the athlete's name.

Send Confirmation To: The drop-down [Select . . . .] button will allow you to specify to whom your Registration Confirmation Email should be sent. A phone number is also needed. As Camp Communication details will be sent to this email address 7-10 days prior to the camp start date, VPC suggests that the Athlete's Primary Parent/Guardian email be used.

Press the [Checkout >>] button after providing confirmation details. 

Registration Confirmation Email: An email with the Subject: "EZregister — confirmation" will be sent to your designated email address (please check the junk mail if not received). Receipt of this email indicates that you have secured a  time-limited, unpaid spot .

(2) Registration Payment via e-Transfer

Finalize your Registration Spot: To ensure that you do not lose your spot, payment must be made via e-transfer to volleyballpositioncamp@rogers.com IMMEDIATELY (otherwise the spot will be released within 24 hrs in fairness to all other registrants).

• VPC's bank account is set up for 'auto deposit' — there is no need for a security question/answer

Please include both the REGISTRANT'S NAME along with the CAMP # in your e-transfer note/message/reference section.

Payment Confirmation Email: An email will subsequently be sent to you, from your banking institution, to confirm payment. Note: not all payment confirmations take place in real time. Do check your junk mail if you have not received one. VPC will receive confirmation of your payment via email as well.

Please NOTE Our Camp Cancellation Policy

All cancellations prior to May 31, 2024 are subject to an administration fee of $100.00 CAD. There will be no refunds as of May 31, 2024 unless accompanied by a certified physician's letter/note (administration fee may still be applied).  

If an athlete has a pre-existing injury prior to the beginning of VPC, a clearance to participate letter/note from a certified physician is required before and/or at camp check-in (the sooner the better) for refund eligibility to be considered.
